DATELINE 2012: BEFORE THE MAYAN’S PREDICTIONS CAN COME TRUE, THE MALAMONDOS WILL STORM ACROSS THE LAND, BRINGING ASS-SHAKING, HIP-GRINDING ROCK-AND-ROLL BACK TO THE MASSES!
Though the official release date was last November, most places will be getting our new album Diabolik Sonik on January 17, so don't be shy now - pick that thang up! Matt Verta-Ray and Rick Miller did a bang-up job bringing all our nasty out. Huge thanks to J.D. Wilkes, Dex Romweber, Mick Collins, and especially Cripsy Bess for playing on it.
In other news, we'll be taking a couple of months off from shows, as Max Diablo is about to become Papa Max Daiblo! But don't fret, we'll be back in March to take care of your aching psycho-a-go-go needs.
Finally, a huge hit of gratitude to The Late Risers Club (Boston's longest running punk show!) for playing the hell out of us for the last month! Soooo much airplay and we really appreciate it! Ditto the legendary Rodney Bingenheimer for spinning us, Bill Kelly of WFMU and all the others giving us air all over the country!
